Sun–Thu 9 PM – 3 AM (sometimes 1 AM), Fri/Sat/holidays-eve 9 PM – 3 AM. Crowd centers on 30s with a wide range 20s–60s; ~30% local, ~70% from out of town — visitor-friendly.
